In defense of HTML

I know a lot of ppl like Bootstrap, but hear me out. There is ultimately no replacement for a good HTML/CSS website. It makes sense to build a skeletal structure of your website with HTML/CSS and then add some JavaScript for the interactive parts. All of the hullabaloo around Bootstrap is nonsense. B just makes websites too convoluted and complicated from the perspective of the developer.

Bootstrap is great for internal documentation. It certainly has it’s place. In some ways it’s really great, but when you are creating a website you’re better off with HTML5 templates. That’s all I’m sayin.
